Danny, the owner, kept in contact with us by email until our problem was solved. Technician Alan and his assistant were here promptly when they texted us they would be. After a thorough inspection, they were able to tell us depression of dirt around the access holes weren't caused by the tank. They put our minds at ease so we knew to call the artificial turf installer. The hole was actually caused by their job: failing to compact the dirt properly.

Danny and crew were very responsive to our unexpected need to have a quick turnaround in the installation of a new septic system. They rearranged their work schedule to accommodate our escrow closing date. They went above and beyond to meet with our buyers to explain where the new system would be installed and why it had to be placed there. In addition, Danny was so helpful in figuring out how to do split payments/deposits for us and the buyers which, along with all of their other excellent customer service, took away a lot of our stress from being out of state and unable to attend to these details in person. 100% recommend!!

B5S put in a new septic leach field after ours flooded and failed last fall. Everything was done well and Danny kept us informed every step of the way. 4 months later, our main line started to back up. We called the company to check out the problem. They came out and confirmed the concrete slab they put in over the field (in our driveway) had settled, cracked, and was crushing the sewage line to the septic tank. They stated that this sometimes happens due to settling, which I don’t doubt. Without hesitation, they honored their warrantee and fixed it all including new concrete, within a few days at no cost. Much respect. Customer service is rare these days. These guys have it!
